Seif brings over 10 years of financial services experience across a wide range of investment products at top tier financial firms. Prior to joining Ashford Securities, Seif was the Head of Asset Management Internal Sales at Cantor Fitzgerald, where through partnering with the firm’s Regional Sales Directors he promoted product sales into Banks, Wirehouses and Independent Broker Dealers.

Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Refaat was running Internal Sales at Lightstone Capital Markets, focusing on raising capital for the firm’s Alternative Investments products. Seif began his career at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisory Investment Associate, and later joined UBS Financial Services where he held several consulting, sales, and management positions in New York and in London.

Seif holds an MBA degree from William Paterson University, as well as FINRA series 24, 7, and 66 securities licenses. Outside of work, Seif enjoys travelling, cooking, coaching Soccer, and spending quality time with his wife and their 9 year old son.
